Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath is available for pre-order in the USA! Fans have been waiting for this game since Japan got it on April 6, 2022, and now we only have a few months left.
The game will be released on August 25, 2022. If you pre-order on Amazon, you’ll only have to pay $39.99.
What do we know about this game?
Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath is the first game of the Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid series. It has an original story that gives fans the joy and comedy of the series while also giving gamers plenty to look forward to.
When they receive a cryptic email, Miss Kobayashi and her maids go to Takiya’s house to investigate. But once they arrive, they’re mysteriously and over-dramatically sucked into the PC.
Now, you must help them clear stages and collect 30 Memorial Pieces of the friends’ daily lives that are exclusive to the game. The game is a light-hearted shoot-em-up where you combine Long Range, Melee, and Choro-gon Breath for devastating results!
Sadly, only Tohru, Kanna, and Elma are playable, while Kobayashi supports them during the stages. You can also combine the power of the dragon maids using the Tag System and activate the dragons’ Raging Spark under certain conditions to deal the most damage.
Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maids: Full Burst!! Choro-gon Breath is coming to the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch.
Which should You get?
With only two systems to choose from, fans will be pleased to learn that both versions are the same. PlayStation might add achievements to theirs, but everything else is the same.
Except for the cover art on the PlayStation version, Sony has a policy concerning characters that look human and topics like sex, violence, self-harm, and more. In this instance concerning the game, the PlayStation 4 cover has Lucoa positioned closer to Tohru’s head, so her chest is partly covered.
Another bonus to getting a physical copy is that the first run of the games will come with an exclusive card featuring the cover art of Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath, for the card game, Weiss Schwartz.
