HIDIVE has an exciting Fall 2022 anime line-up coming up!
With the Fall 2022 anime season commencing on October 1, 2022, and with some of the most anticipated anime series/sequels in a long while about to debut, Sentai Filmworks’ HIDIVE is taking a huge leap forward.
“Taking over” might be a better term, but let’s not jump the gun!
Let’s take a look at the Fall 2022 anime titles you’ll be able to watch via HIDIVE. Keep in mind that the list is indefinite, too.

My Master Has No Tail, the TV anime based on the eponymous manga series by TNSK, is being produced by LIDEN FILMS. The plot follows a young tanuki named Mameda, who heads to Osaka. Before setting out, she promises her family she won’t turn into a human or interact with humans whatsoever.
The OP theme song is “Genai Yugi” (“The Game of Phantom Love”) by GARNiDELiA and the ED theme song is “Virginia” by Hinano.
I’ve Somehow Gotten Stronger When I Improved My Farm-Related Skills (Noumin Kanren no Skill bakka Agetetara Nazeka Tsuyoku Natta.)

Noumin Kanren no Skill, the much anticipated series is being produced by Studio A-Cat. The anime is based on the eponymous light novels series written by Shobonnu and illustrated by Sogawa.
The OP theme song is“Growing up” by 7ORDER, while the ED theme song is “Rolling Soul Happy Days” by Pop Shinanaide (“Pop Never Dies”).
Reincarnated as a Sword (Tensei Shitara Ken deshita)

C2C Studio is producing the series, which is based on the eponymous light novel series written by Yuu Tanaka and illustrated by Llo.
The OP theme song is “Tensei Shitara Ken Deshita” (“Reincarnated as a Sword”) by Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets, while the ED theme song is “more＜STRONGLY” (not a typo) by Maon Kurosaki.
The plot follows the adventures of a 30-year-old man who gets reincarnated into another world as a sword. Yup, it’s an isekai title.
The Eminence in Shadow (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!)

The Eminence in Shadow is being produced by Nexus. The OP theme song is “HIGHEST” by OxT, while the ED theme song hasn’t been revealed.
The Eminence in Shadow is based on the eponymous light novels are written by Daisuke Aizawa and illustrated by ouzai.
It is a dark fantasy isekai and follows a boy who dies only to wake up in a strange world where he is able to pursue his dream of shadow manipulation.
Bibliophile Princess (Mushikaburi-hime)

Bibliophile Princess is being directed by Studio Madhouse.
The anime is is based on the eponymous light novels written by Yui and illustrated by Satsuki Shiina and follows the titular princess who is more interested in books than in romance… but that’s about to change!
The OP theme song is “Prologue” by Yuka Iguchi.
Akiba Maid War (Akiba Maid Sensou)

Not much has been disclosed about the upcoming Akiba Maid War TV anime, except that’s being produced by Cygames and Studio P.A. Works.
The series is based on the eponymous video games and is inspired by the maid subculture that’s very popular in Japan.
It’s likely to premiere in October via HIDIVE, but this is just a prediction, so stay tuned.
LOVE FLOPS (Renai Flops)

Love Flops is an original TV anime series produced by Kadokawa. The plot follows the life of an average high school student, Asahi Kashiwagi. His life takes a turn when five girls from all over the world transfer to his school.
The OP theme song is “Love? Reason why!!” by Konomi Suzuki, while the ED theme song is “Flop Around” by Aoi Izumisawa (Miku Itou), Amelia Irving (Ayana Taketatsu), Ilya Ilyukhin (Rie Takahashi), Mongfa Bai (Hisako Kanemoto), and Karin Istel (Marika Kouno), the seiyuu who are voicing the girls.
Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time: Super Extra (Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan: Super Extra)

Peter Grill and the Philosopher’s Time: Super Extra is the second season of the Peter Grill anime series.
The Peter Grill Seadon 2 produced as a collaboration between returning Studio Wolfbane and Studio Seven. It will feature the returning cast.
The OP theme song is “Kurenazumu Yakusoku” by isekaijoucho. Hilcrhyme is returning to perform the Peter Grill Season 2 ED theme song “Heart In Love (Koigokoro)”.
Urusei Yatsura 2022 (Lum, The Invader Girl)

Urusei Yatsura 2022 is a reboot of the Lum, the Invader girl TV anime that ran for 195 episodes from 1981 to 1986. The reboot coincides with the 100th anniversary of Shogakukan, the publisher that serialized the source manga series from 1978 to 1987.
The TV anime will feature at least four cours, with the first season featuring the first two cours broadcasting consecutively. David Production is producing the Lum, The Invader Girl reboot.
Management of a Novice Alchemist (Shinmai Renkinjutsushi no Tenpo Keiei)

Management of Novice Alchemist is being produced byStudio ENGI and is based on the eponymous light novel series written by Mizuho Itsuki and illustrated by Fuumi. The plot follows Sarasa, an orphaned girl who dreams of opening an alchemy store but finds herself in a completely different situation due to a series of events.
The ED theme song “Fine Days” by Nanaka Suwa, while the OP theme song is “Hajimaru Welcome” (“Starting Welcome”) by Aguri Onishi.
Encouragement of Climb: Next Summit (Yama no Susume: Next Summit)

Encouragement of Climb: Next Summit or Encouragement of Climb Season 4 will have 12 episodes. However, the first four episodes will recap the previous seasons with an additional short story. The new story arc will begin with Episode 5.
Smiral Animation is producing the series.
