There’s been a lot of hype surrounding the upcoming Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime, and now there’s even more reason to be excited. The series has just announced it will be getting a dub as well.
On the official Twitter account for the series, it was revealed that not only was the show getting a dub but a cast list and trailer were also released at the same time. It was an announcement that gave fans a lot to take in but also a lot to look forward to as well.
The series, which is set to premiere on Netflix starting September 13th, 2022, is being produced by Studio Trigger along with CD Projekt Red, the game’s original developer. It will comprise ten 30-minute long episodes that tell their own standalone story in the Cyberpunk universe.
Who will be in the dub cast?
Whether you’re a sub-only fan, a dub fan, or both, it’s never a bad thing when shows are made easily accessible to all audiences. The Cyberpunk: Edgerunners dub is sure to be a good one with such an impressive cast list under its belt.

According to Twitter, the series will not only be dubbed in English but into several other languages including Italian, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese as well.
What will Cyberpunk: Edgerunners be about?
If you haven’t heard of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, you’re surely wondering what it will be about.
If the game Cyberpunk 2077 rings any bells, there’s a good reason, as this series is based on the same universe and set in the same location: Night City.
The show will tell the story of David, a street kid with everything to lose living in Night City. According to the Netflix description, Night City is a place obsessed with technology and body modification. With no other options, David becomes a mercenary outlaw known commonly as Edgerunners or by another name, Cyberpunks.
It definitely sounds like it has the potential to be an epic sci-fi journey!
