The Spy x Family Episode 13 release date is confirmed for October 1, 2022. The new episodes will be streaming on Crunchyroll.
The official Spy x Family Twitter announced that new information about the 2nd cour of Spy x Family would be released at 8 AM EST on August 28, 2022. At that time, we finally got to see a new key visual and the exact Spy x Family Part 2 release date.
Given that the first cour covered chapters 1-17 plus some side missions, the first season will have 25 episodes. And the manga has 67 chapters so far; the odds are good that a Spy x Family Season 2 is possible.
But there’s also been some speculation about a Spy x Family movie or an OVA episode.
What did they reveal?!
Toho Animation uploaded a teaser video on their YouTube channel that manga readers will surely enjoy. It confirms that Fiona, aka Nightfall, Loid’s former student, will make her debut in the 2nd cour.
But anime-only fans will have to wait to meet her. We also know the 2nd cour will air in Japan on October 1, 2022!

What to expect from the Spy x Family 2nd cour!
Spy x Family Episode 12 ended on a cliffhanger, but it played a part in setting the tone for the 2nd cour. We’re introduced to a dog able to see the future and steal our hearts!
His name will be Bond, and he’ll become an essential part of the Forger family! The Bond arc covers chapters 17-23 and introduces us to a villain that the fandom will hate just as much as a certain teacher who made Anya cry!
But that’s not all, as more short missions and new characters are on their way. We’ll meet new spies from both sides, Frankie attempting to get a girlfriend, and Yor’s determination to be a good mother and wife.
Yuri will make an appearance, but if the anime keeps the manga, he still won’t get to meet Anya unless we get a season 2. So will Anya win her uncle over, or will Yuri discover the truth?
