About the Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady light novels series
Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady (転生王女と天才令嬢の魔法革命, Tensei Ōjo to Tensai Reijō no Mahō Kakumei) is a light novel series written by Piero Karasu and illustrated by Yuri Kisaragi.
From 2019 to August 2021, the light novels were serialized via the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō. Since 2020, the series has been published in print by Fujimi Shobo under its Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint.
Light novels have been adapted into a manga series by Harutsugu Nadaka; the manga has been serialized in ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Maoh since July 2020.
Yen Press has licensed both the light novel- and the manga series.
The plot follows princess Anisphia who remembers her past life experiences, which are deeply linked to her love of magic. Anisphia goes on to develop “magicology,” a magical theory rooted in the memories of her past life. As chance would have it, she one day witnesses the noblewoman Euphyllia being stripped of her title unjustly and decides to help her.
Note that Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady is a yuri title (girls’ love), so it may not sit well with all audiences. No explicit scenes are featured, however.
