My Master Has No Tail TV anime, which was earlier set to release in October 2022, will now premiere on September 30, 2022.
The anime was first announced back in 2021, and the first trailer PV was released in March at AnimeJapan 2022. The My Master Has No Tail release date for Japanese TV is on September 20, 2022, on Tokyo MX, MBS and BS Asahi.
Along with the premiere date announcement, a new key visual for My Master Has No Tail anime featuring all the main characters was also released.

My Master Has No Tail event
A special event for My Master Has No Tail will take place at the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair “Kyo Maf” scheduled to be held on September 17th and 18th, 2022. The event will take place at the ROHM Theater Kyoto on September 18, 2022 (Sun), from 16:40-17:20 (JST).
Mr M·A·O, who plays the role of Mameda, and Mr Hibiku Yamamura, who plays the role of Bunko Daikokutei will be on stage at the event. You can check more details about this event and all the other events at the Kyoto International Manga Anime Fair here.

- Takuya Eguchi (Loid in SPY x FAMILY) as Byakudanji Tsubaki
- Ayumu Murase (Kage in Ranking of Kings) as Sakujiro
- Natsuki Aikawa (Petra in Attack on Titan) as Omatsu
- Ikumi Hasegawa (Vladilena in 86 EIGHTY-SIX) as Koito
- Yuichiro Umehara (Goblin Slayer in Goblin Slayer) as Rakuda
Hideyo Yamamoto, best known for directing Strike the Blood, is directing the anime at LIDEN FILMS. Touko Machida, best known for her role in Lucky☆Star, is in charge of the scripts. Ryo Yamauchi is designing the characters.
